RETURNS/EXCHANGES All Merchandise returned to THRP requires a return authorization number (RA) in order to process the return or exchange. You will need to call us directly to receive a RA number.. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of Invoice date for exchange or full refund in the original form of payment. Any merchandise returned to THRP in any other condition than new or past 30 days will be subject to a 15% (at current price) re-stocking fee and a store credit will be issued. |
